of the main services we offer is to organize expeditions
for private groups, climbing companies or outdoor organizations.
We have been providing reliable logistic support to climbing
& trekking international operators, as well as student
organizations. The number of services provided depend
on the needs of the client and the level of service required.
We

In
the last ten years we have worked continuously with
a range of international trekking and climbing companies.
Our knowledge in the organisation of expeditions,
where various aspects to be considered such as route
conditions, weather patterns, ability of the guides,
guiding ratio needed, communications, food and provisions,
logistical support, transportation, camping equipment,
hotel reservations and back up for emergency evacuations,
makes all the difference in the quality of experience
we can offer our customers.

Guides:
We can provide experienced and qualified bilingual
guides who have great knowledge of the mountains
and areas that we visit. They all are friendly,
cheerful people that will make sure that everythig
runs smoothly and you have a great experience
on your adventure. Most of our guides hold a
WFR (Wilderness First Responder) qualification
given by SOLO or NOLS from the US.

Transport
Our vehicles are very reliable; we can provide
transport to the mountains in 4x4 jeeps
and in mini buses.
Catering
Our cooks have lots of experience. They
prepare very tasty meals with high standards.
Our menus are well balanced with a fair
amount of carbohydrates needed for the
hikes and climbs. Special dietary needs
can be catered for.
Camping
gear
We provide excellent high altitude tens.
We use Terra Nova Quasar tents (3 pax),
where two people will sleep very comfortably.
Mess tents and also kitchen and toilet
tents are available.

Back
up service and emergency evacuation
In case there is an emergency due to a medical
or high altitude related problem we provide
a 24 hour back up service, no matter in
which region of Ecuador.
We count with an excellent network of medical
specialists. Most of them work in Hospital
Metropolitano www.hospitalmetropolitano.org.
Hospital Metropolitano is one of the best
and better-equipped Hospitals in South America.

Presentations
As a result of being keen mountain photographers
during the last 10 years we provide a free
introduction slide show about the mountains
and people of Ecuador to any group of climbers
using our services.
Reservations
We can make any hotel reservation that will
be needed for your trip in Ecuador
One of the highlights in Ecuador is the
old Haciendas, old Spanish farmhouses converted
into hotels/hostels. |

Permits
We provide special permits to restricted
mountain regions which are normally
owned by private owners such as
Antisana, Quilindaña, the
eastern access of Pasochoa, the
northern side of Rumiñahui,
etcetera. We have all the licenses
(operations permits) needed to be
able to transport people into National
Parks and Reserves.
Mobile
Phones and Radios
In any expedition an important
element of safety is communication.
We provide mobiles and Motorola
radios. Most of the mountain regions
of Ecuador have access to mobile
signals. In case there is no signal
we provide Motorola radios to
enable communication with different
parties in your expedition.
