The mountains
WHO WE ARE
Andeanface is an Ecuadorian-Dutch mountaineering and trekking company. As direct operators we mainly specialise in climbing & trekking in Ecuador, including climbing Cotopaxi and climbing Chimborazo. We also provide logistic support for expeditions in Ecuador. Last but not least we co-ordinate voluntary work programs in order to help the street children of our country. Our name refers not only to the mountain faces, but also to the faces of the children of the Andes.
OUR MISSION
To provide reliable outdoor services to people who love nature and to provide logistic support for international outdoor organisations, while making a contribution towards the development of the local communities where we operate. We strongly believe that tourism can help children living in poverty in Ecuador. Therefore we support the Daniëlle Children’s Fund and we develop volunteer programs together.

After almost 20 years organising expeditions to the Andes of Ecuador, we know what makes a climbing and trekking expedition different: maximum attention to every detail, to assure that no controllable aspect is left to improvisation.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
For us, mountaineering is not a sport in which the ideas of fearlessness determine who you are as a person. Records and competitiveness are irrelevant and “the fastest or the first ascents” are not always the most spectacular.
